The F95zone version gets updated once every 10-15 releases, you're better off looking for independent uploads in the thread if you want the latest version. albeit they too haven't uploaded the last 3-4 versions because Fast-Cutins mod hasn't been updated I think
If you look at the changes in KP files via steamdb, it seems like they are reworking sex poses. A lot of small changes were made from day to day. Always some poses files.

The thing is Japan doesn't care about censorship on porn now. Practically everyone doesn't care. But the main issue is since, it's a law, they need to basically remove it via the court and laws (the boring stuff). But since no-one on the government wants to be known as the person who changed a porn law it's basically stuck on limbo.

So to change these you're gonna have to go into the mod files (it's easier than it sounds trust me). specifically bundle.js which is in www>mods>ccmod.
When you open bundle.js, which you can do with just notepad, you wanna go to line 19341 or ctlr+f "Enemy pose start and skill additions"
if you scroll you see groupings with each enemy starting with guards then prisoner etc. to add more starting sex poses just put the number of the pose you want in the brackets of 'defaultValue: []' for that enemy type, save and you're good to go.
so for example if i want to give orcs anal and footjob you'd write
defaultValue: [1612, 1608]
and that's it. keep in mind not everything works with everyone. most work with every prisoner type except the monsters (yeti, slime and werewolf). all the named ones only work with the enemy type named. so orc paizuri will crash the game if you put it on something that's not an orc. Don't worry if you end up doing it btw. just go back to the file and erase the one causing the crash.
ngl I always wanted a Massage Therapist side job. In early builds of the game there was an edict to indicate that one of the rooms in the lobby near Karryns Office would be turned into a massage room. Maybe it was an idea but once the scope of the game narrowed and realization of how difficult it was to implement certain things ideas like this maybe got scrapped. Also, it's interesting that some of the passives mention Karryn squirting more when orgasming yet there's no actual CG of squirting.
