He says he fixed the code so it can run on low end computers. But if you use "Mods" it will still take time to start the game as before. But I guess it is kinda smooth when it runs.

I was able to do this, in the CC_Config.js file just change true/false for pregnancy MOD!

Hard mode is easy mod with all disadvantageous cheats enabled.
I highly recommend using mods and changing the Max energy reduction passive, if you are going to try it.

For the reference, the first time I launched the game, I chouse Hard and reached floor 3 at around Slut level 120-140... by a fluke.

You can always change Config KarrinPassives file and change your title effects to bigger numbers, like 99kkk, and then use an item, accessory, food or an effect of another title to gain stamina regen.
