There are the required desire values which you can just increase. Thus, they'll still have toys, but can't use them.
Goto
RemtairyKarrynPassives.js and search for clitToyPussyDesireRequirement, pussyToyPussyDesireRequirement and analToyButtDesireRequirement. Edit the req values to something high (over 200) and you effectively stop all toy action.Search for
checkOnaniInBattleDesire in RemtairyKarrynOnani.js. There's almost everything that relates to her wanting to masturbate in battle.

i mean is there a way to make it so the prisoners drink the same beer for a longer time like how much fits in the mug so i dont have to go back and forth as much
I believe the best part about this game is how you can mod it so much.
Although a tweak guide is helpful, I believe there are things that are a little too difficult to do on your own, though.

The cheats are applied in many different files, depending on what they do. Basically in the functions that calculates how often enemies act there is a line that checks if you're in easy mode and the cheat is active and then changes stuff. So there is no easy way to enable all cheats in non-secretary mode, but you can delete the checks individually.
You'll find the lines easily if you search for
cheat in the following files (the names are pretty clear what cheat is meant):RemtairyCombat.js: double & triple physical dmgRemtairyEnemy.js: always actRemtairyKarryn.js: 1/2 & 1/3 stamina regen, no evasion, half expRemtairyMisc.js: double & triple sex dmgRemtairyPrison.js: -5 & -10 control, instant riotsYEP_X_Autosave.js: disable autosave
Prison.easyMode() part with true to remove the secretary-difficulty requirement for that particular cheat. (If you have some experience in programming you can make nicer edits, but the outcome is the same)You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.
