There was a ghost too in the classroom but Teary apparently removed (or relocated) it because it caused players to get stuck at their desk in the classroom.

Many people do, but for example i dont, because i used saveedit to cheat in max coins and such. Either way you just have to search, as theres many people that have

It's not as prevalent to share many Saves for games like this, as there isn't strictly a "Full" save, in that there is no Gallery, and depending on how you play, you can go down "Submission routes" for some of the characters. Also, info is spread out, and it is possible that some have yet to see all the content of the game, therefore it's hard to even know for sure if you're Save is "Full", or close to it (unless you do some Editor digging to see specifically everything implemented in the game).
I believe you need to have two energy orbs and use fumigate to cleanse away the debuff. It works in stages and stage 3 = gg if you get hit one more time iirc
How do you work at mchearty's? when i talk to the cashier i don't get the option to work there.
You won't be able to work at mcheartys immediately after starting the game, you might need to progress a few days forward if you are early in the game.
Usually if you meet John in the entrance of the school after class he will invite you to eat at mcheartys. Go with him and you will be guven a choice to return to school or stay in the city, choose to stay. Onece you have done that walk up to the entrance to mcheartys (but don't go inside) and you should see a poster on the wall (with an explanation mark floating above it), interact with it. Once that is done you need to go into mcheartys and speak with the girl behind the counter about "work". Once that has been done you will be able to skip classes by going to mcheartys for work.

as Bacace124 said, the answer is fumigate. in general she is probably best dealt with using a weapon with decent magic attack.
scattershot generates 2 energy orbs, and you use those to cleanse the effects of her abilities when needed, and otherwise build up to 3 orbs to then blow her up with energy explosions. imo that's the best way to work around her self-healing ability.
I agree with what what both Bacace124 and Nait Sieve, but would like to add the recommendation of using a weapon that has an attack that can stun your opponent. The stun attack with weapons like the ruby knife (if successful) allows you to charge up an energy orb (magic attack or scattershot) and then use fumigate before Ayleen can land her next hit.
As the attack "stab" has a bellow 100% chance to causing stun it can be risky to use if it dose not work but can be very useful if you need to a few round without getting hit. I have also found it useful for other battles if ability's like calm mind are still in cool down.
A general recommendation that has been mentioned before is to try and keep the energy orbs available so you can fumigate when you need. Also don't progress down her submission path until you have at least one of her essence, she has a move/grab that will just end the a fight once you have progressed down her path far enough, this means grinding resources from he can be a pain.
