someone help with this puzzle pls. I found the note with blue-2 red-4 green-3, i know i have to reset the switches with the big red buttons and have to reach 10 points but 2+4+3=9 so what is the meaning of the hint?

dev decided to make game in an old outdated shit rpgm version, what a genius of a dev
if you want to play on a resolution for ants and have soft lock bugs, go and play the game

btw, going to the prison at the beginning will lock you from going out ....
