if you choose "send sms" on day 15, the game bugs and continues forever. The same happens if you visit Sarah at 23:00 on that day.
Just go to sleep normally at 23:00 on day 15 and you get the ending screen.

Did you activated it in KellyFamily-0.93-pc\renpy\common > 00console.rpy , if not , open 00console.rpy with notepad/notepad++ and find config.console = False and change it to config.console = True , save and exit and try again Shift+O in game.
