I think the right word you were looking for is "answer". Those are sketches and they are usually there if patrons can vote for sex positions or to show some wip state for certain things. Those who didn't made it in a vote might have a chance to get finished later if new votes are high enough or are lost forever.
We will revisit kobolds at a later point when we flesh out the rest of the scenes with the other villagers, queen, champion, etc. I just needed a change of pace and work on actual enemies again, so we can start building out the world proper. ^^

You don't. You need to talk to the flight instructor for his quest, then find the lost scout's friend somewhere in area with a body of water, then return back
