Women have sexual drive and needs though, so what do you think will happen if there is only one male around you can trust in a very high stress situation? Contrary to some ideas women are not cold frigid beings normally while immediately being sluts if they do enjoy some sex. Still you have the right to your opinion, I also prefer story games and that is actually what interests me in this game and the interactions between characters and not the quality of the renders. So you see tastes differ. 
So the game has a birthday, what does that have to do with the price of tea in China? The last update was released October 6, so less than 2 months ago, and regular updates have occurred along the way. There are about 3 months between updates (4 versions, 12 months), on average, so right on time as per history.
Damn, I want whatever it is that you're smoking to be able to say half of the things you said. I don't understand your complaint about it being a porn game when you're literally on a website dedicated to porn games mate. I get it, there are visual novels out there with high quality stories, but that is not the standard for most of the games presented on this website (it's not a rule and it shouldn't be). The developer of this game is not making this to "grab money" because they are developing it without a patreon. Ink has cut off patreon supporting and payments awhile ago, so all of the updates so far has been free. I think the relationships between the characters are complex and the situation that they're in is intriguing. I mean after all, this is set in a fictional world, if you want realism in your visual novels, I'm afraid this isn't the game for you.
As someone who has been writing stories most of their life, I entirely agree: this is well written story with intriguing and complex characters / relationships, and this is one of the very few games I actually look forward to playing; this is entirely down to the writing of the characters, and their psychological give / take struggle is fascinating.
Fair points on the pussy point, as the MC isn't an alpha male when we join them. However I just don't get the gigantic pervert thing at all.
