Probaly not, if the uncensor patch onyl affects cgs. Might be an issue if the 3.0 update changes the names of the uncenored files.

I found a h-event on the memory thing near the warden office location and got the bondage clothes from the hidden boss but that doesnt seem to do anything. I don't think its related to Senpai because she's a sadist too..

It's actually not depressing... When you put it all together.
I think they should have put the mirror episode in demon's root in a dream sequence near the end when you're in the crystal, would make more sense.

As I understand it's the story of what happened originally before Deathpolka decided to keep to her promise and changed history. It's basically the demons taking over and enslaving humans. Maybe you remember that weird book of prophecies from Demon's Roots, it's basically telling the story of this game.
So Demon's Roots is the sequel/alternate history of King Exit.
