You just need to find people who can code using Ren'pyi wonder, if the game is "abandoned" in the future, can we have the authority to continue the story based on the what we have now?

Thanks for the English lesson there but it seems their last update was in June...0.14 went public February this year...
Check the first post of the games you want to watch. These are the things you want to look for:
Thread Updated: 2023-02-10
Release Date: 2023-02-09
Thread Update means when the first post has updated all downloads, while Release Date is the date when the last update was released. If that's not helpful enough, check the developer links, for example Patreon. You can still check when the dev had their last update on sites like Patreon without paying.
How do you figure? they've been silent on Patreon and haven't given much more than that on discord since their "oops sorry we're late" post on Patreon on May 31st.Thanks for the English lesson there but it seems their last update was in June
I checked out their Patreon. There was a paywalled update post in June. How do you figure? they've been silent on Patreon and haven't given much more than that on discord since their "oops sorry we're late" post on Patreon on May 31st.
Hm, i don't know how patreon handles timezone differences but i guess it could be logging that as a post in June if you're ++hours from where i am? the most recent thing i see on their page is from May 31st, at 22:42. If you want to see what that post was about it got shared a couple of pages back.I checked out their Patreon. There was a paywalled update post in June.
yeah, 12 is the freshest pack that exists. Can I get the link for the latest bonus pack?
Edit: nvm I'm dumb, also is bonus 12 the latest pack?
Yeah it shows the latest post on 1st June for me. Must be a timezone difference.Hm, i don't know how patreon handles timezone differences but i guess it could be logging that as a post in June if you're ++hours from where i am? the most recent thing i see on their page is from May 31st, at 22:42. I dont get it he said he will make monthly update and he didnt?Only two 'updates' from Nomo on Discord. This on 5th July in response to be asking if they can provide a monthly update.
And then this on 11th July in response to being asked what's going on.
So who knows when this is coming.
That's right. No update and no further messages since those two.I dont get it he said he will make monthly update and he didnt?
Yup, they been doing this for years. Nomo would be a fine politicianI dont get it he said he will make monthly update and he didnt?
It also has to do with the fact that devs back then didn't realise they could go months without an update and not lose a single backer on patreon (or at least a few). It's amazing how far Hreinn has fallen since Sierra Lee left...
I partially blame the community too, every time they had a vote regarding more consistent updates or longer intervals with bigger updates, people always voted for longer intervals. now we get 2-3 updates a year if we're lucky. Back in the early Noxian Nights days, it was one per month, with Sierra constantly updating and communicating with the community.
From their peaks, they've lost about 40% of their Patreon base, which is a shame to say because it is a very high-quality game, and there's really not that much else out there the same size and quality. The biggest things holding them back are time between updates, and communication (which really, I think could make up for the time issue if they did it really well, monthly updates etc). Both of which, I really do hope they improve on.It also has to do with the fact that devs back then didn't realise they could go months without an update and not lose a single backer on patreon (or at least a few).
If people don't stop en masse giving money they will just keep on doing this.
Nomo spamming nothing but low quality CGs in all the scenes, and mostly reused ones at that. The biggest things holding them back are time between updates, and communication (which really, I think could make up for the time issue if they did it really well, monthly updates etc). Both of which, I really do hope they improve on.
Welp, apparently Nomo's in ill health, has been keeping it secret, and there's just no update release plans now. From their Discord and Patreon:
Hey everyone.
We're still working on KoD and have a lot of plans for the characters and story. Unfortunately Nomo has had some personal issues recently and has needed an ambulance a few times in the past few months, but is generally very private and doesn't like to go into stuff too much.
Due to that, we don't currently have an estimation of when we'll release the next bit, but rest assured it's being worked on. If you've supported in any of the months since we had the initial estimation you will have access to the update as soon as it's ready.
We sincerely apologize and hope for your understanding.
