If the dev implemented the game's paywall coding properly (which would not be a good thing for us players) then someone kind enough to post the Patreon version here won't do us any good. Why? Because the paywall requires a connection to his Patreon and it should check to see if the person playing the game is authorized. A badly-coded game would just check if the .exe itself is authorized, so a pirated version would pass muster if the security is built into the .exe (either hard-coded or using a player-entered registration code). A well-coded game would check the user (via IP or some other method), so even a pirated patron .exe won't work because it would fail an authentication which is independent of the .exe.

I don't think that's easy to do for most smut devs.

On the subject of paid content vs free content. I ponied up and paid for a months Patrion. The paid content seems to be a subset of what was in the free version before it was moved behind a pay wall. I.e. it's less than what was in previous versions.

What... Less than 0.4? Or less than 0.6.5 which nobody got working? Thats honestly baffling, how a dev can mangle his game so bad for a few months worth patreon bucks

0.6.5b posted in the thread worked and still works for me. IIRC, I just deleted folders affiliated with older versions (there was a post referring their location earlier in the thread) and that was all.

So, reporting back after attempting to use it.

Seems to function normally, no issues at this time.

If you have a hard time getting to the Patreon Ver. because you're getting the Seal?-whatever-valid_100-thing, retry wait about five minutes after clicking retry, close the program and then try again.

If it doesn't work after that I'm not skilled with Software, my domain is hard-ware and power delivery more than anything else.

I already support a few games through patreon. It's a decent game but let's be real. we're living in an online content driven world. Covid has affected many people's income etc. Paying $10 or $20 a month is crazy. Restricting the content behind a paywall is just a bit dumb.

my problem is not that IT IS BEHIND a paywall, but what kind of paywall. If it was 10-20$ to own the game with all future updates sure take the money if the game is good enough. The problem is that it is asking for money to subscribe to essentially a beta test.

Unsure; it seems to be full version, there was more than when I played 6 months ago and I wasn't directed to Patreon but I didn't play for long... the game is just straight up terrible and i'm not sure why anyone would pay for this, there are better sissy games, stories and porn out there...

Looks like many people are complaining about a paywall and was talking about it's implementation. I've actually looked into it and after few minutes at looking at the game code I've discovered easy way to access paywalled content, so If there are people interested in this I could say a little bit more

It's the full version, if you have problems getting to the patreon content ensure that your system time is synced.
