Important : This update changes the quest log plugins from 0.7 to 0.8 so it's recommended to either start a new save or use the save file present in this update's files (this save has everything unlock up until update 0.7.) (if you don't, your save won't have a complete questlog)
To use this save, simply drag the "save" folder inside the "Kinky Wizardry [0.8.1]" folder.
If you still want to use your save, your game won't have a complete questlog, but will be playable otherwise.

I haven't played the most resent build but so far no combat, mostly lite puzzle and fetch quests.
Bump on this question from years ago to know if the answer exists now.Question, has corruption its own path or is it tied to romance? Would prefer if I don't have to be all lovely-dovely with the women.

No there's no lovey dovey relationship so far, story wise it's really lighthearted
