To continue advancing with Kare, you must first continue with the Molly route up to the point of having had sex with her, after that you can progress with Karen normally.
I think the Dev should correct the dialogue since several have this problem and don't know how to move forward with karen due to it.

this happened with me, I went outside of mc room, went to the bathroom scene and black screen were gone
How to start new ann quests? im playing on a website cause no pc and my save isnt working to start quest.
