Anybody knows when Ann broke her ankle and MC treated then after done treating the game just go blackscreen, any way to solve it?

I finally found a solution to this, basically you need to finish up the Karen route, then you will need to go to the Anastasia and learn new powers, after that you won't receive the black screen, but the scene with the phone call and Ann breaking her leg will repeat and idk how to fix it.
