You need to unlock the beggar and exibitionism scenes at the last city first, then return to the second village.
In the last city, talk to the beggar north west during the day (when you are followed by the prince) to unlock the first beggar scene (scene 44). Go to the tavern, advance to night, return to the beggar to unlock scene beggar 2 (scene 45). Return to the tavern and skip to the next night. Return outside the tavern of the last city, north-north/east there should be another beggar near a tent and left of him two rows of trees. If you go between the trees you can undress and activate the remaining scenes of this town by talking to the external npcs while undressed. Re dress at the trees, return to the tavern, skip to day, and return to the second village, the one with the small lake north of the tavern. Skip to night, go to the lake, now when you talk to the nudist you will also undress and unlock scene 49.
