If u mean the first time she asks you to get it then when you go back to the witch you should have the option to give her the flower and she'll give you the map and statue
If u mean what to do when you get the flower from normal hunting then you can only sell it

The MC does not really look like a knight with that armour. Cause that armour looks like it wont protect anything plus were the hell is his helmet.

Those things weren't and still aren't particularly comfortable.
