Are you actually sure your game is done downloading? because comparing my version to yours, it looks like its missing a fair amount of folders and files

I downloaded it from torrent from here, I don't know why those 2 folders don't come out

I just unpacked it from the torrent as well and mine is working smooth. your download may of corrupted or spazzed out because the data file its looking for is the abdata folder which isn't in your folder

From the looks of it, Cards from Koikatsu that don't require mods work and are converted fine onto this version but cards that do rely on mods will just not load properly.

seems to fix the problems that appear to be happening for most people. I've installed it and game works more or less flawlessly, even FreeH works fine.

Kagura made their shop, but Steam still sells their games. Third Crisis is also on Steam, so is Koikatsu, and many other games.

Well i havnt tried the fix yet, but from what i have sofar seen the girls having 100X speed animations is a Time Dialation/Speed of Time passing thing. I havnt been able to find anny setting that changes game speed, but is realy looks like everything is moving at a increased pace somehow, despite you as player moving as if normal.
Change the language of your operating system to Japanese. Then start a new game and save the game. Change the language of your operating system back to your local language. At least this worked for me.
Changing only the region to japan did not work.
this are the big ones I know too, besides them there are small creators on twitter/reddit/patreon but people usually upload their stuff these 3 sites anyways.
I have tried everything I could think of. However, the game will not open no mater what. I have changed the system locale twice to both english and japanese, I tried the locale fix up above. I tried starting the game through the InitSettings. whic when starting that I get the error seen below. Any help?
This is the first time I was present on here during the release of an Illusion game, but is it normal for the translation to be so bad? I remember that the demo had a more accurate translation.

it is one thing to sell a game a year as illusion, which with kk illusion they put on Steam KK party and then on their site they made a Patch to put back what Steam did not want. Kagura Games does one game a month, and Steam in the past has been bothering about content they think is inappropriate.

So far, the only thing that bothered me a bit is the idle speed animations of the girls. (Sitting, standing, walking, following me, etc). Any fix?

Got no idea what it could be but check in userdata/launcherEN to see if there is a file called kkman.txt if there is right click it and go to properties and check to see if it is set to read only mode. if it isn't that i've got no idea
might be an operating system thing. if you are using windows 7 it can be the cause.
