but does it take forever to load the game world as well? in the free-H it loads me without problems but in the loading of the world after entering the characters, me or entered 5, it takes a long time to load and normal? or is it buggy?
this is my current pc, i don't think it is for the graphics card because i started playing much more powerful games this one

Finally got to play a bit with 1.1 and the mods re-added.
Gameplay changes that I noted so far:
1: you can run around the map and "gather" different "topics" that you can use when you talk to a girl. This replaces the "3 answer question" from KK1 and is definitely an improvement.
2: You are not being "punished" anymore for giving a wrong answer, your "favor" (the heart gauge) wont go down anymore, it just wont increase either - definitely an improvement given that the game supports up to 100 girls, if I have seen things correctly. (default is 40)
3: Map locations are a lot more diverse now, its not "4 different classroms + courtyard" anymore, this is a massive improvement over the previous game in my opinion.
4: Interactions with Girls give "koiktasu points" that you can exchange for money, which you (probably, didnt try yet) can use to buy stuff in the store.
5: Obviously, we do get the "massage option" from Sexy Beach in this game. (Would consider this a "win" over KK1 too.)
I didnt get to try fukky fukky yet, due to there being a lot of talky talky (fukky-positions are not unlocked in Free H, so you actually have to play the game for once.), but so far, it really looks like an improvement, even the performance is good.
Overall, this game heavily reminds me of Artificial Girl 3 over anything else, simply because it had similar gameplay/maps and so on, I would consider this "AG4" over AIS, but for the ones who want AA3... dont get your hopes up, it isnt.
That said, one can already see where future areas for DLCs are supposed to be, they are just "locked behind fences" (the entries).

Can you tell me how to find the "points" code in Cheat Engine? I've never used it.
The easiest way to do this is to have 4-5 of a topic and search that number in cheat engine (First Scan). After u used one you search for the new lower value (Next Scan). So if you have 5 and used 1 you search for 4. after you did this 2-3 times you will be left with 1 or 2 entries. just change the values of booth (in my game it was save do edit booth) to 99 and you have max of that topic

Damn so does this mean there will be no TK18 or does this "only" slow down the dev time for another "TheKlub" release?

No. Because the engine is copyrighted. They done a last version which include 4some and some engine fixes.
I don't know the state of the project right now, but i prefer assuming is terminated.

It's pointless to compare "old" game as Koikatsu to Sunshine, as it's just released. For many people, including me, real fun is creation, not a game itself. This is a power of Illusion games.
However if players / creators would rely only on official Illusion content we would never had amazing creations, including pictures, clips (music / porn), scenes, maps etc.
My only expectation about Sunshine is better Studio, nothing more. If Studio will remain the same, I will stay with Koikatsu.
