This is a whole new game from Illusion. As for Steam, most likely not for a while. I'd recommend waiting if you don't want to do a direct install to your computer, or don't like dealing with really rough machine auto-translations. It's fun so far, though.

It means that it was translated, wholely or partially, by translation software instead of by someone who is actually fluent in Japanese. If it's an edited MTL, it means that the English machine output was edited by an English reader so it sounds more natural and makes sense.

The game literally is out for 14 hours or so now, give ScrewThisNoise some time to sort stuff out, illusion is known to release a mess of a game.
