So, two things...
1) should the "support me" screen show in game at all when you're already a supporter?
2) the aforementioned "support me" screen consistently crashes (as in every time it shows) the game in full screen at 2460x1440

What is the "Support Me" screen? There should be two buttons on the title screen which you can click to go to SubscribeStar or Ko-fi (Paypal support), and there is a Supporter Perks button on the left to let you access those. Is something else popping up? A long while back I did have a nag screen that would pop up, but I got rid of it once players let me know how frustrating it was.
Well, you definitely didn't get rid of it. It overlays the scenes at the castle.
Oh, and occasionally, just saving the game will open the link tree web page. And, like I said, the game refuses to run at 2460x1440@144 It just crashes and freezes with a blue screen with glitchy letters on it, behind which you can see the two buttons.
Other bugs I've run across:
-Hestia repeats her lost belongings quest if you ask her if there is anything she wants. The completion dialogue also never goes away (this is without resetting the timeline).
-Some clothing just doesn't show up at all for the girls. Even their default outfit pieces are not options.
-I'm pretty sure I've seen a ton of stuff drop for Summer, but all she has is Christmas stuff. Even her default clothes don't show up at all.
-I had Brittany in a black one piece set, which vanished from selection even though she was still wearing it.
-Heldas lingerie disappeared (the purchased green arrow one piece and the pink version drop)
-the Thiefs hair occasionally goes away if you change her clothes.
-The game did crash to desktop the first time it tried to runs the Thiefs castle scene. It was fine after that. And also the only scene where I didn't get the supporter overlay.
Pretty sure there were a bunch of other problems, but I didn't note them down at the time and I was able to work around them.

Thank you for all of that information! Often times the only thing a player will tell me is "the game crashed" and when I ask them to be more specific I never hear from them again. This is a lot of really helpful stuff, especially the screenshot!
That overlay should ONLY ever appear on the title menu, and the SubscribeStar / PayPal buttons should never activate when they are not visible on the screen. From what you've told me it sounds like in some scenes they are invisible but still triggering when you click on where they would normally be.
Regarding the wardrobe malfunctions, I haven't had any reports of issues like this in a long time, so it's possible a recent update introduced a bug causing these problems. I'll take your specific examples and do some testing to see what's going on with those, along with the other issues you mentioned.

I've had the same problem since soulsteal was added for Billie. I might try to restart my game from scratch to see if it makes a difference. Might take a few days, but i'll let you know either way
Did you check the courtyard outside of the castle? I'll double-check to make sure she's spawning there.

she doesn't show up in the castle, the courtyard, nor the girls menu when you speak with Hestia to change clothes
