I appreciate the thought, but I'm not interested in a beta. I'm talking about a potential bug in the public release. Has anyone else tried this, and had the same experience? My question is "Is this a known bug? Are the developers aware of this?"

I have the latest stable release. I'm unable to modify entire wardrobe for the non story characters, could be a bug. Is it fixed in the recent beta?

Someone could explain to me how can i prevent at leats some npc to wear super weird auto generated outfit ?

Lily (the npc sister) for exemple, is always wearing some werid shit at night that doesn't even exist in her wardrobe. Is there some hidden wardrobe that i can modify to prevent that ?
I noticed this too. Did you figure out how to fix this?

The public release is over a 1000 changes ago, if you're using that one you're 4 months of work behind.

Its a bug to you but the game is a Beta the download has the latest public release (which is a beta/wip) it's more likely that the zip you downloaded does not contain the full files. I was offering you alternatives there is nothing in your error post that has a bug. ibnarabi has kindly posted the latest update with a mods above my post your choice

You need to access the outfit manager tab (very top left of the screen). If you select for exemple Night time Wardrobe, you can deleate/modify/add outfit to prevent weird ones to be autoselected. It should work the same way for other context regarding which situation you select.

Sure. The latest build as of 10 minutes ago, with all the same mods as usual. Building with the latest Renpy, 8.3.5, seems to work now. :)

Which mod is it that adds all the op as fuck serums? I can't find it and I want to take it out. I'm pretty sure it isn't a "base game" addition.

Edit: Nevermind. After downloading git myself I downloaded the game and tried all the mods individually. It's the Virgin Tracker mod that adds the extra serums, serums that you can't remove at that. Crazy because I liked that mod but it's obviously growing to become something more than just a stat tracker. So yeah, I'm just going to stop using the VT mod until it adds some settings to disable/hide those serums.

I have no idea what virgin tracker is supposed to actually be tracking anyway apart from who you've had sex with. It just makes up who is a virgin and who isn't.

Hi, for some reason, this doesn't open with joiplay. Anyway to fix this?

Edit: Nvm, just saw another post where you mentioned you have never used joiplay. Thanks for the link though.

Yep, not a clue about JoiPlay. If Android didn't have this idiotic 2gb limit on APK files, I would compile it for droids, but it does... and the game is almost twice that size with mods. Such is life.

So the In Game Notifications in this modded build seem to be broken as they are do not appear in the normal text box on the bottom right, but above it, on the top right of screen. This leads to situations where they start stacking ontop of eachother and basically block the view from the action. And VT-mod 3.0 adds a bunch of cheat serum traits that are unlocked almost from the start after researching 'Basic Med Application' and cannot be disabled in the mod settings.

Here's a solution: Open console using Shift+O and type (copy and paste) following two lines:

production_line_addition_1_policy.toggleable = True
production_line_addition_2_policy.toggleable = True

Then you can go to policy screen and click "Disable Policy" under these.

Is there a command line code to get everyone to stop sitting down at work and stand up instead?

Or maybe one to remove the energy cap of 300?

All due respect, but you don't get it. Not sure where I got the original zip from (lewdninja ???), but downloaded a new zipfile "LabRats2-Reformulate-2024.08-pc.zip" from WorkUpload. Deleted all the persistent Renpy dirs in "Users"; renamed the original Lab Rats dir, so as not to interfere, created new game structure from the publically released .zip file. Started a new game, all defaults except pregnancy. Same results: Save immediately on Day 0, Early Morning. Quit game. Restart Lab Rats. Load game. Immediately upon loading, it tells me there is an "Uncaught Exception"; that's a BUG. To whit:

"
I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

Why do you say, "... nothing in your error post that has a bug. ..." The traceback log indicates a BUG.

Hovering over the "IGNORE" choice, presents the message: "Ignores the exception, allowing you to continue. This often leads to additional errors." Why would I want to do that? This is not a five minute game. I don't want to waste hours of play time to have some additional error pop up, propagating from this, perhaps with no clear clue it stems from this point.

I'm aware there is a beta available, probably with its own undiscovered bugs. I truly don't care that I'm four months behind those who want the newest, glitziest version. I want to play a stable release. When a BUG pops up immediately upon starting the game, and no one seems to care, I have to wonder if its even known to those continuing development.

Now, to get back to my original question: Has anyone else had this same experience? Maybe with the newest beta? Has anyone even checked?
