Sorry, maybe i declared it wrong, she is one of the named characters without story arc (i guess they were Patreon characters or something like that), here a copy/paste of a list from post #6051 on page 303:

"Dinah Midari, Sylvia Weissfeldt, Paige Sallow, Kendra Rivera, Svetlana Ivanova, Kelly Uhls, Sativa Menendez, Nuoyi Pan, Lynn Borch, Olga Schaad, Svenja Beitel, Anna Kostenko.

This is the list of patreon-reward characters, they are defined in file "game/world_setup_characters.rpy" in the function "generate_unique_characters_list" "

She is one of the oldest of those Characters in the game (and i always loved her), a blonde MILF, and she seems to have disappeared, while all others are still showing up regularly in the recruiting pool.

Now that you mention it, some of those names are very familiar.
Don't know why the modding team would remove that file, or any character in particular.
Maybe something to do with avoiding issues with Patreon, since this version doesn't involve the original creator?
But that just makes me more curious, since you say some of them are still showing up.

It is still possible that Sylvia's still available, but you have offended RNGesus.

Patreon issues should not be the case, i mainly thought maybe she is finally getting a small own story arc or a special recruitment requirement and i wanted to know how to get her in that case, because she is one of my favoutrite ladies since my first playthrough long years ago.

Do you play with the option on to remove characters from the game, from what I understood, that way it forces the game to fill the game world with new 'unfamiliar' characters once known characters get removed.

The last I've played (not with the newest build) she was there. I always go for her, I really like her style.

But she has no quest, I'm quite sure. There are some little quests (cure for the fever, the smoothing oil, chemist's daughter, etc.), they could be triggered with anyone when "the stars are right".

I usually try for Chemist's daughter to trigger, and Kendra is an ideal subject for this, but it's not _her quest_. I think you need a quite young girl as employee, she has to be single, and there are some other conditions, too.

All crises have a random chance of being selected. Some crises have very specific requirement you need to meet for them to trigger the next event, and in this case the "chemist's daughter" has 3:

1. If you're running the standard progression type then it has a chance of triggering 28 days into a new game
2. You need to expose any of your family members to you cum AT LEAST 6 times (this is an incest check)
3. You need AT LEAST 11 employees at your company

...

Some random events in the office require 11+ employees and at least one of them with specific conditions: chemist daughter in Production with x.age < 25 and x.kids == 0 and x.days_employed > 7, cuckold wife with x.sluttiness >= 50 and x.kids == 0 and x.relationship == "Married" and not x.is_pregnant - both with some other minor conditions. They will not be indicated on the map when you meet the conditions, you will need to spend time in the office waiting until they randomly trigger.

I have a 2024.09 build (bundled with smaller mods, downloaded from a post this forum) running, now I tried to hire new employes, she was right there in the first batch. Sylvia Weissfeldt, the blondie with her distinct green clothes and red shawl.

I'm quite sure if you see in your hire batch any patreon character (Kendra, Dinah, Svetlana, etc.), then they are all there, you only need luck, patience and savescumming to get her.

they have their own stats, not a whole lot and no storylines or anything.

Did you put any hiring filter policies by accident? Like "must have kids" or "milf only" or "married" etc? That might have accidentally filtered her out of your hiring pool based on her RNG roll
