Yes that is for the business funds but MC has funds to and the cheat for that is mc.money = xx but its not used in the game as far as I can tell.

Indeed, you get a message from the mother that a healthy child has been delivered.
The genetics and ancestry are not really a factor, since the game would take waaaay to long until one of the fruits of your loins turns 18 ingame.

In the earliest versions of the game the player's wallet is separate from the business funds, and you had to transfer funds between the two to use them for their respective purposes. This hasn't been the case for at least a year now.
Like it has already been said, you have to be interacting with the person you want to change. Its actually explained at the start of the SPOILER: Console commands text. If it still comes up with errors then i honestly have no idea why it wont work, i have never had any issues with this approach.
I will clarify the difference between the money commands.

So i realy liked lab rats and i actually do like lab rats 2 but is it me or are the bugs getting worth over time, i remember, back 3-4 month ago i had somtimes expetion errors i could ignore nd play on, only loosing littel content bits....but now i have real "back to windows" crashes, much more expetion errors and the cousin story line did not start......does the mod get rid of some of the problems or should i wait unitl Vren does go into more bug hunting ?
Otherwise still a new + is that you can turn of pregnancy contet i realy like that

Thanks for the reply. But since this is Science Fiction, Vren could provide tech solution. If it were a game about cloning, for example, the clones would all need to grow to adulthood super fast. Time-travel could also "fix" the issue.
If I were Vren--or a modder--I would consider a Sci-Fi option for meeting offspring as adults.

While I agree about this being, well, possible, I do not see it being included as an option to the base game, or even as a mod,
Right now, unless I missed it while browsing the code, the MC's child won't even actually be registered in the game as such - the result of a pregnancy (aside from all the modifications to body shape and dialogue with the girls) is basically raising the variable the_person.kids by one; a variable like mc.the_person.shared_kids doesn't even exist.
Even for a mod the scenario of time travel or anything that makes the MC meet his grown up child would be quite outside of what the game is about. After all, basically LR2 is a business simulator with naughty elements, one of those being the MC being able to impregnate the various npc's in the game.
Yes, content added via mods, like the sexshop/stripclub content, works wonders in regards of expanding the game experience of the vanilla game, but nothing to outlandish compared to vanilla.
Something like the daughter from the future would be a new crisis or sidequest (-> mod territory) about something like the MC's descendant going back in time to have a serum trait developed that would prevent humanitys demise or some trope like that. The descendant wouldn't even have to identify as "I'm the daughter of Penelope Miller", the mod would only need to check if MC ever impregnated someone... I digress.
TLDR: nice idea, don't think it will happen.
