Way too much complaining in this thread. The only mistake the guy made was calling it Lab Rats 2. When you consider the game by itself, it's shaping up to be a great management porn game, which for those of us that like that is great news. It just has jack shit to do with Lab Rats 1. Now people come here constantly complaining about how a management game has too much management. At least the people complaining about the models and clothes being ugly have a point.

It's always weird when you see a bunch of people not liking a game, but also consistently trolling it's thread. If you don't like it, feel free to not like it. We can see from the reviews that most people either don't like the game at all or really like it. That means it's targeted to a specific audience and if that's not you then don't be an entitled little brat and demand they make something else that you personally enjoy. I for one look forward to updates from this game and it's one of the few games that I still download every time I see an update instead of waiting for every few updates to see if anything worthwhile has shown up.

Do I think it would make the game more fun to see more specific character interactions in the short term? Yes. Do I think that's smart development? No. Trying to work content into the game before working out all the mechanical systems means either having content that's half broken as new mechanical systems are implemented or having yet another developer having to restart their game from scratch. And that shit's happened way too many times around here.

I really hate to say this, especially since I've been pretty vocal for my support for the game, but... as is v0.13.1... this game is in dire need of some mechanics changes. I legitimately like the game less and less as time goes on. Which sucks because I had high hopes for the game and I still see the potential in it. But seriously, why does the MC bust faster than a virgin at a porn audition? Real question, how many of you fellas have blown a load in your pants after a few minutes of kissing? If you have, what woman caused this and where can I find her? Just asking for research purposes...

There was one, but it was like 2 hours and heavy petting too. I feel like you should not look at this game as a porn game at all, until he gets the mechnics how he wants. Seriously, this is one of those games you let stew for a while and come back near release.

Sharing version 0.14.0 since people are asking, do note it has bugs in it mostly in the form of misspellings.
I have attached an edited script.rpy and roles.rpy fixing 3 misspellings that would result in errors. e.g uniform being unitorm and wrong variable name on mc.stamina that should be mc.current_stamina.

You will run into this error when threatning to fire someone and they respond with "I'll let you use me if I can stay", or something along those lines.

There may be other bugs, I haven't gotten through all of it. Public version 0.14.1 with official bug fixes goes live in a couple of days.

Lab Rats 2 v0.14.0 is finished and ready for a week of bug testing by patrons! This month was a productive one, bringing a ton of new additions and changes to the game. Love, as opposed to general sluttiness or obedience, is now a tracked statistic for characters. Girls who love you are more willing to have sex in private, go out on dates, and otherwise be friendly with you. The UI of the game has been updated to give more feedback to players and to provide more information about choices they are going to make.

Large chunks of new content have also been added. New love based interactions allow you to build a relationship with a girl without corrupting her, or use that trust to corrupt her more quickly. Four new sets of underwear and two new bras have been added to the game along with several new default outfits that make use of them. New events that take place at home have also been added.

first time playing this so here's my 2 cents. firstly the ui really needs some redesigns and some streamlining it feels really cumbersome some examples include when you have to press return every time you switch areas, some ui elements clipping with each other etc. secondly, the tutorial could be better especially since it's a business management type game, lots of the mechanics aren't explained, thirdly while the procedurally generated girls are fine they all end up looking the same. it could use actually named NPCs with actual personality rather than random bimbo #3451 (managing 38 npcs is also a bit of a chore) maybe just make a few npcs with good interactions and make the rest of the female employees like resources that you can allocate, fourth the serum production is a bit of a chore and some of the effects feel like they directly contradict one another, fifth the sex scenes are so far very underwhelming considering the grind you have to go thru. the concept is good but the execution could really use some changes

The fact you need to pick 4 forplay right from the start just so you dont cum before they do is iritatating.
Not to mention the insane grind to kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, final she has 0.5 extra sluttyness.
Or research, research, research.
I know it is a game but the early game is so bleeding tedious.

As for your question.
It depends if the woman in question was 1 hot, 2 compleetly worshiping me and saying stuff like: I exist for your pleasure, Use me like the little cum dump i am.
Since i get off on dominating woman blowing my load after 2 or 3 min of kissing is entirely possible aslong it makes me feel like i am in control of her.

It takes forever, I got a 3500 / 2500MB/s SSD and takes a long time launching the .exe, but for some reason if you launch the game through the Renpy SDK it takes max 3 seconds so I recommend anyone modding the game or that plays it often to get yourself the SDK and launch it from there, else you will go insane.

Its no wonder to me this dev lost so many patreons over the months. The game is so overcomplicated and there is absolutely nothing to do or content worth the grind.

How can someone go from a halfway decent game called lab rats to this clusterfuck of a nightmare? Just how?

Slow Load Time, workaround, please give feedback if it does / doesn't improve load times for you.

If it takes a long time to load and you play the game regularly or you are modding it try using the RenPy SDK to launch it. For me load time goes from 3 minutes by launching normally and 3 seconds through the RenPy SDK.
