This is just how Vren works. I've been corresponding with him via Patreon PMs for over two years, offering typo and bug fixes, bug reports for the things I can't fix myself, and feedback and suggestions for scenes and mechanics. He frequently goes weeks if not over a month without a reply and then I'll get a big PM apologizing for going so long without replying, thanks for my input, and sometimes a little discussion about what he's planning if it's relevant to my suggestions or feedback. He's implemented many of the suggestions I and others have made on Patreon, so I know he's paying attention even if he's not replying to every little post
Git isn't how he's used to working, so I'm not surprised if it goes neglected for longer than most of the git users here are accustomed to seeing. But I expect to see probably something similar to how I described his PMs above. Long periods of disuse, then a flurry of activity when he remembers to look at it lol
