For some reason when i type in console commands like player_money 200 they don't work.It says: File"<string>" . line 1: expected statement. How do i fix this?

Yeah, if you want them exclusive its best to avoid it. Although for most people you would like Public might be a tip off, but there ya go.
With cumslut you should get just the scenes you want.

don't know but here is one mod i found in reddit it adds a menu in game to add money, delete resist, unlimited serums, change day and some other nice stuff, the bad part is that you need to start the game again

Doubt it since there were fixes, and the Doggo Mod modifies some of the major game files.
