I'm wondering the same thing. I've talked to everyone and just get the same dialogues. I did find a scene with Suzie in her bedroom but that's all I've found

just figured it out. You need to try to leave town, then talk to josh (the shirtless guy) to start a quest

same here, i got quest but i need find flower, problem is i can't find it and walk around in town, like no clues.
