Week 36? Come on, why do you people like to use these weird date formats? Dates are written: day/month/year; americans are weird and write month/day/year; but day/week/year is just out of this world
Btw, Poolside said before that he was aiming for the end of this month. And then, monday, he said we would see the update in a "couple of days"
He is probably interested in and referring to games where you directly control a character in a first or third person perspective.

When people say "week 36" it's not because they write day/week/year. Everyone in Europe writes day/month/year, but still can know which week number it is. You can find it in all diaries/agendas. It's sometimes easier to say "week 36" than "The first week of september" when 1st september is a Sunday, and 2nd a Monday, thus confusing people.
Week 36 and such is especially often used in businesses.
So, before saying that other people use "weird formats", make sure it's actually weird, and not something very common that you are just not familiar with : P

Well, since he's the dev, I'm sure he will post the update... on his patreon... when it's done. As for being on here, when the update's finished you'll have to wait, just like the rest of us, for someone to post it on here. So calm down and just be patient, it's not gonna get here any faster.

Well you will be able to at least SEE when it's released, as even though it'll be locked behind the paywall you'll be able to see the post about it, you just won't be able to get it without paying for it. That being said, I checked his patreon and it's definitely not out yet.

But does the fact that a developer let his product stay here in such a way that other users can use it for free does not go against his interests? I'm going against mine for sure because I can not afford to be a patreon now even if for this game I would do it right away is my favorite on the forum

Only way I know of to skip the day is to manually click the bed multiple times until midnight when he will go to sleep. Also only way I know how to check your money is on the computer in your room.

I mean he doesn't exactly have a choice in the matter. People are gonna pirate his game no matter what and if they don't get it here they'll get it somewhere else. He's not exactly LETTING it be here, he's just accepted that there's little he can do about it. Unless he's the one giving the new links, which I kind of doubt.

However will I get over being absolutely destroyed for informing you that the developer will release the product when it's done and no amount of pestering them will make that happen faster? I may be misunderstanding you, but you can buy multiple cameras from the store and install them everywhere cameras can be installed, then view them from your computer
He's not though, he's still got some 200+ patrons, and is making roughly $1000 a month, it's not like he's going bankrupt

Lets not forget that these types of forums are largely the only type of advertisment these content creators have access to.
I am sure that at least a few of the nearly 500 people who liked this game have become paying supporters.
Also since many of the people here are at least somewhat tech savy we can at least provide some testing and bug reporting.
