There's already dialogue in the game with one of the girls saying she'd want to be pregnant, though. I think it's the Aunt who says it in one of the newest scenes.

I was thinking exactly this. There's already some hints at impregnation fetishes within the game. Stuff like "oh you came so much it's like I'd get pregnant despite the pills" And stuff like that. Can't remember it verbatim off the top of my head.
It's hot stuff though!
It's gonna be a while before you can access those. Make sure you've done the other scenes. You're gonna have a "talk" with the crew and that will enable the threesome scenes. Been a while since I played this but:
Threesome with Kat and Adrianna: Walk in on them when they're watching TV together at night
Threesome with Kat and Natasha: Special event dinner, after the dinner choose the option to relax on the couch or whatever it was called, they'll come to you.
Threesome with Adrianna and Natasha: Tanning/sunbathing room when both girls are there.

Although I really enjoyed the game, I'm really hoping the dev moves on to a new project soon. I have the feeling the game is nearly as complete as can be, and adding anything more would just be excessive. Plus. making a new game probably means dev can use new knowledge learned while building Last Hope.
The game's default lighting setting is too low, I literally had to crank it up all the way because the environments looked incredibly dark, murky and rather unpleasant.
Just thought I'd share, the game became much more pleasant after this.

no, actually its easy to get pills just fill the cannister for few level when you get lvl 3 card while you filling canister the canister get stuck , check around cannister you get lvl 3 card and go to medbay and there is med door where all tablets siiting open it and get pills.
i am have a dumb question i mean the game original was a h game or porn game , but the patch of incest for what reason appears i mean add some scene or what ?

Are you asking if the incest patch adds scenes? If so, no. The base game was originally incest, but was forced to remove the family connection. The patch just adds that back into the game.
