I have no issues with other games or the PC in general... tried to install UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe in the directory
...installpath:\..\LastHopeV12.0\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us but this also did not help...

It's the last event, so you have to fill up the gauge to 500/500 and then sleep until next morning, and Adriana will wake you up, that's the begining of the alien ship event (I may be wrong on some points cause once again i haven't played since a moment, but that's what i remember)

600/600 for the alien to turn up.

I think new natasha scene is double peneration on alien ship.

Adrianna scene i got by staying after handjob with condom, not giving her wine.

Don't know if this will work
Back up your saves and delete the save folder and see if that fixes it
because by default it should be English.

Not really, it's kept very vague
just keep a look out for a green outline. That will indicate that there's a new scene, also check the schedule, like the outline, new scene are marked green.

You gotta buy it via computer, then open tab and you can see map and schedule. The green zones on schedule are timezones with scene you haven't done yet.

Deleted everything (all the files in local), started a new game its like by default in spanish. Downloaded the game from nopy, perhaps thats the issue? saw someone else with the same problem.

Guys! Anyone has a problem with a stuck dialogue? I'm stuck at the scene where you come back from the alien ship for the first time and no matter what i do, i just cant get past this screen:

Before this, i had a problem with Katherine, that when i came back from the alien ship with her, the whole dialogue were stuck again.
I don't have a save after the point in the picture tho ...

If I recall correctly you need to buy it from the store and collect it from the hanger
