Ok I've downloaded RPGVXace RTP and now when I run the game it says "Unable to find Graphics/Titles1/raven(some chinese letters)

Download it and put it into the folder and it should work

I just realized that my PC doesn't recognize the chinese symbols. That is the problem

Just a guess but it might mean that you need rpgmaker vx ace rtp.
