Not everyone is willing to put 10E or more for 1-2 hours of content. Realistically speaking people that want to support these games support them via steam and very rarely via patreon(essentially my case lol)

You need to look around a bit more, lots of people support devs on Patreon, some devs make thousands per month via Patreon alone (not factoring in taxes and other deductions).

The duration of a visual novel is quite relative. You can immerse yourself deeply in the story, savoring every dialogue and exploring all the paths, or you can choose to skip the conversations and focus solely on the main scenes. This game, with EP1 + EP2, features 12,854 lines of dialogue, which far exceeds the content of many complete games that are highly regarded on this forum.

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Old saves will not work. Please start a fresh playthrough.
  • The game size is +5GB, so if you don’t have a Premium MEGA account, I recommend using GoFile instead.
  • There are two versions of the game available: 30FPS and 60FPS.
    Some computers may struggle with the 60FPS animations because of the encoding. To check compatibility, download the 60FPS animation sample. If it doesn’t work on your system, you’ll need to download the 30FPS version.

That was said already twice in dev vlogs. But people don't read it seems. I kinda agree that this needs to be said in the first post but still. Dev vlogs mentioned this few times already.
