My game has a bug in this new update, and to respond to messages from three characters but I can only respond to 2 from one character, nothing is appearing to respond, and now how do I solve it?

Its a bit. And its pretty consistent with the depiction of their friendship. If it was a random one-off it's be weird

I don't know if it's path specific, but the way I see it is MC fucked Lana, didn't tell Rose, then Lana tells Rose and Rose is clearly a bit upset by it (because her best friend kept it from her, but also perhaps because she is jealous). Then this happens shortly after Rose finds out (or I think after she has a chat with MC about it?) and she's still a bit upset by it, maybe feeling he's betrayed her, and so is saying he's not worth it. A few hours later, she probably would have cooled down about it and not said/done what this screenshot portrays.

So it was going to be a harem and multiple endings, but you realized that you didn't have the ability to develop a harem properly and not have it feel forced, so you ran away from the challenge and will you only focus on the easiest option of choosing one and possibly two no more?
(Note: No offense, but it's good to get out of your comfort zone from time to time)

This was kinda exaggerated for comedy but the way I read this scene was her thinking it wasn't something so serious considering both of them had been fairly reasonable in their previous interactions with us.
Had they been Andrea or Aurora, I am sure Rose would have been the first to go for them.

Would that not be better than trying something that you know doesn't work for you, and putting out a game that isn't good as a result? Not everything has to end in a harem.

So checking out the game because I really enjoyed the artwork from the previews, and it is really well done but there are some glaring things in the plot that destroy the suspension of disbelief, specifically the fact that the characters, unless they're genius level prodigies, are too young. In the US, a law degree (like a medical degree) is a post-graduate degree, meaning you've already earned a bachelor's degree. You would expect law students to be 22 years old at the minimum, and have already been very familiar with college life. They would have recieved pre-law degrees in such majors as Political Science, Criminal Justice, Economics, History or Philosophy. (They would also be basically living in the law library) That wouldn't make for a very fun AVN though. It's probably too late to make changes but the simplest way would be not to have it set in the US, but rather in a European or entirely fictional country/world where conventions are different.

I agree 100% and on top of that you can't just escape from Rose, shes coc blocking you every step you take ffsI agree with the criticisms of the MC, he's more naive and innocent than you'd expect from him, he should be the one standing up to the "formidable" Mike, especially since they've declared themselves rivals, but they aren't on the same level, they're opposites, honestly, I wish Mike were the MC.
The MC is still trying to be the perfect guy, but in the wrong way, which is partly why I believe the story is written by a woman. (I won’t discuss this!!!)
Sana questioned him, and his response only made me like the MC even less.

I might sound like a bully saying this, but back in my day, this MC would either be hated by everyone or end up being the gay friend,no wonder his best friend is a girl, ok, I'll stop.

No, I used a save from the first episode, I don't like having to start all over again unless it's absolutely necessary.

While it is good to get out of your comfort zone, if it's not something the Dev can do, it will ultimately affect the quality of the finished product. Let's not forget, School Harem games are a dime a dozen, strike that school games are a dime a dozen. When you're trying to stand out in a saturated market, you gotta be good, you gotta be different. The Dev has highlighted quite early a Harem is not the way to go and that's great. It means the story has an aim and can be consistent going forward. It doesn't man he can't take risks and get out of his comfort zone elsewhere.

It still extremely annoying though. I remember replaying it multiple times for all interesting LI, and some part are boring to replay. So starting it again to do multiple time something that I already did multiple time (+ can possibly happen again) is a big no for me.
I will probably pass this update, and maybe will be waiting till I forgot what happened (I guess it's still something that can happen at ep 2 so it's not really a big complain, just not the moment for me)

I don't understand you guys. When game has 7 or so chapters and this happens then I understand the whining. Now only one and I can see that dear dev removed the free roam (fantaaastic tho imo that free roam was not needed) so "Unseen text" skip option, spam Tab and you will reach second chapter in few minutes...

Skipping goes really fast in this game, I am pretty sure you can finish chapter 1 in like 5 min the only thing that may delay you are the tests if you don't decide to skip them as well.
That being said if you prefer to wait for next chapter that's also an option ofc
it's not really that bad. if you have a clear view of what LI you want and what choices you want to make, all it takes is about 10 minutes of holding the button to skip all the text. I did it no problem. if it was like 4 episodes, I would understand but this is only 2 episodes so far

Just select skip all seen text and skip after choices, press that skip button at bottom.
Takes no time at all.
It's not like we are on chapter 9 and we are being told to start again.
