That's just a Voice Actor doing random voiceacting. She might have gotten the ok but I doubt that she's officially hired by the creator to do those stuff.

The artist has said that he does not add sound to his videos and would prefer if people didn't add any either. Any and all voiced/sound-added videos there are in his animations are fan made.

I'm curious about the legality of people adding voice then putting the resulting videos on patreon. Do they give the original animators some money?

Because lazyprocrastinator didn't open patreon or any commission way so even if those voice actors or sound editor want to support him, can't do that.
