omg another fool (patreon keeps being a fool) that fall in to the FAKE DMCA it has been proven that all this nintendo dmca of porn games are FAKE but no one fights them if you want the truth go to Sankakucomplex they got the dmca but they actually research it and find out it was a fake user doing it and that asshole has been doing it since 2012

here is the link

i would bet that if we actually had the dmca notices of patreon we could cross check if its the same guy but patreon never shows you the dmca notice they just tell you about it but they show no proof and thats why patreon keep being a fool and fall prey to this asshole.

but what do you expect of this big companies they have never cared about their userbase

While there is certainly enough evidence to disprove the DCMA notice in sankakucomplex's case the fact remains Nintendo has a reputation of rabidly defending their IP's going back to at least a decade or two before this scammer came on the scene so just cause one was faked doesn't mean they all have been. In the aforementioned case they were dealing with obviously exaggerated versions of the copyrighted content so even if it had gone to court odds are Nintendo would have lost due to parody laws. In this case however like I already said the downfall of the project is the fact the pokemon are too accurate, no judge in their right mind could say they are anything but copyright infringement.

Is very easy to see this was the act of a fake because i can assure nintendo doesnt give a shit about porn or their characters in porn they only care when is rom or game that are exactly like their games, but lets say they did. you know why this is obviously fake. Not a single one of those dmca was sent to the creator or they ever got an email from nintendo not once and none of the others that have gotten dmca in patreon have ever gotten a email from nintendo either. i can assure you nintendo would banned every single type of porn if they were going for it. but more painstakingly obvious is the fact that this person is targeting single individuals by attacking their patron, twitter and mega but never ever send a direct dmca. in contrast when you see the rom hackers and modders get nintendo dmca they demand all the content gone from the webhost not only from specific people. not to the hosting company and especially in this occasion you can even see it more fake than ever since patreon kept getting dmca agaisnt him multiple times do you think that nintendo would send more than one dmca the next one would be a court hearing and a lawsuit not multiple dmca

i could be wrong but is truly weird that sankaku dmca came just around the same time than last year patreon dmca and twitter dmcas from suppose nintendo. i dont think is a coincidence and this person has been doing this since 2013 no one is even trying to question him and is gonna keep going because everyone is afraid of seeing if its actually nintendo

I liked this game, but whether or not the dev violated Sucktendo's copyright as this is a parody is moot. The dev has made it clear that he himself will not continue the game.
I really wanted to see where this game was headed, and looked forward to how the dev was going to end his story.

All I can say is boycott anything Nintendo.

No offense but you can't assure shit unless you work for Nintendo. I would go into detailed analysis of your arguments but honestly I'm having a hard time following some of your sentences. I will point out though that Nintendo has a long history of being anti-18+ content both in the form of decades of marking themselves as the family friendly platform but also evidenced by being the first of the current big 3 to officially ban AO rated titles. I'm sure they would go after all the porn parodies if they felt they could win but they know they can't especially given once it's out there it's out there while going after an on-going project like this ya it's out there but at least they can limit it's scope effectively. I'll also add if you think it goes DMCA notice direct to court you know little about how legal challenges work. Typically speaking you're gonna get anywhere from 2 to half a dozen DMCA/C&D notices before companies will even think about dragging an individual into court cause sending multiple notices typically works and costs nothing while going to court will typically cost them more than they'll get from an individual while achieving at best the same results.

why the status - abandoned?
Cause the man behind the game (ThunderOne) Has issue with copyright (Nintendo who just give us shield who is a regression of theire game in level of pokemon interaction...) so he stop creating and updating this game!

I really hope he can continue in the the shadow and give us the game updated cause it was a big game and would like to support him for that but i not qualified to help or to ask...

Afterall changing only the name of game and the name of the protagonist wouldn't be enought.

Not at this point.
Maybe at the beginning, and changed the look and names of the monsters.

Nintendo suck. Many of us have tainted views of this company being all great against big bad Microsoft from our childhood, but the truth is Nintendo is one of the nastiest gaming companies on Earth when it comes to aggressively protecting their IP, often well beyond the copyright laws themselves.

Courthouse bullies that can no longer meaningfully compete with Sony/Microsoft.

I agree Nintendo sucks, but I also agree with a few of the other fella's with regards of bringing this game back.

But with new names, maybe the big round hentai anime type eyes on the main character and the (non)pokemon which would not be directly copying pokemon and a new way on capturing the (non)pokemon.

I love this game and I want more of it.

All that said...ThunderOne if you decide to revive this game...Thank you, if not, thank you anyway.
