Syndra is reachable. To the right from her there is a path to the top of the screen and if you walk there you'll end up in front of her. There is a short interaction if you are interested.
Am I the only person struggling getting all of Lux’s/Miss Fortune’s scenes?

Her room is bugged for me now, like the trigger seems to be one tile up from the door so I can't interact with it in my save. I believe it's because I reloaded a safe while talking to Morgana after attempting to enter the first time.

I started a new game (day 0) and I can't enter the tent, I can't rent a room. What am I supposed to do

Start a new game, go to the inn, ask for a room and then try to leave the inn without picking any other dialogue option apart from the one in which you try to rent a room.
