Which ones? Most of them are done inside her room, except for the laundry and deliveries
I actually have seen that bug on even new games pre Morgana, ever since Miss Fortune showed up. Makes since as you have to talk to Miss Fortune and Riven.
The laundry should be under Key Items. You just need to leave the inn, use the laundry item and pick the option "Just clean them". After that you can just return to Lux

as of v10 no (the verison here) there sprites in the game files for morgana happy, evil, consufed, angry. according to patreon news v.11 has content for morgana but that is not here yet

I think there is some way for them to be available to your room, but no matter how many times i have tried I still fail.
