And now she has an affair with the MC behind the Husband back. The MC and the Husband are basically Eskimo brothers at this point. She came so hard because she thought her husband could catch her at any moment if you do not pull off. And probably she came again with her husband thinking how their was another man inside her moments ago. The MC falling for her is like a high school boy falling for a pornstar.

If tried all combinations where "[Ep3TimePassed+1]" is mentioned and you don't catch Lexi topless. Checking the code and trying again it should read:
"Note: If [Ep3TimePassed] =0, then [Lexi+2] & [Ep3SawLexiTopless]"
as you have to get there before she finishes putting the outfit on.
-Go fetch drinks
-Don't Peek
-Give her the Mojito

Sorry if there's a misunderstanding - the order you state above is indeed correct to see Lexi topless. I was just saying that "ep3TimePassed" has to be "0" for this to happen - not "1" as it states in the walkthrough.

That order is indeed correct for "ep3SawLexiTopless" as "ep3TimePassed = 0"
first of all when talking with lexi use either "you're sweet" ( to get the task) or " the hair was in the way", then stop Linda from staring at the two girls making out, go fetch the drinks but don't peep and give Cece a mojito, she'll be happy. Lexi should be changing, and you see her topless but don't get to take a selfie

One thing I noticed in both your walkthrough and the mod is that both say to set ringtone to a Lexi song, but after the interaction with Kira that gets you +1 for having it set. Is there something I'm missing here?
Also worth noting the "hair" response to Lexi on the plane gives +2 points with her, but you had to choose the "joke" option when you were at the bar with her in Episode 1 (gives +3 points total for those two interactions as oppose to +2).
Great job both of you on the walkthrough and the mod though, thanks a lot.
Now to try and hunt those missing scenes... Somehow I missed two things with Lexi even though I did everything possible in the walkthrough with her. I guess these things require turning down other girls in some situations or something? Anyone out there who's figured those things out let me know!

It's great to see that the choices you made in chapter 1 & 2 with like a compliment or joke have a impact on the future story

Most attracted to Kira but can't say there seems to be much future there. I can't say i like her fucking her GF while you are on the same plane but i can't really complain as she is her GF. My MC just got very bad taste in women, wanting mongamy, then going home with the woman who isn't interested in it and is in a lesbian relationship.
None of the other women really took my breath away but i'll certainly keep an eye out for the game.
If you reject Steph early, i do feel the repeated flashbacks are a bit of a pain.

how do you get the option to refuse lexi when she invites you over and you kiss her? choosing the option about best beds and such

You need at least +20 with her, which is not an easy task, as you pretty much need to pick all the right choices seems you meet her (I think you can lose one or two points, but not much more than that.)
Edit: I misread after seeing the picture. I thought you wanted to unlock the option in red. So totally disregard my comment.

Thoroughly enjoying this game, feels good and somewhat 'normal'.
Couple of things...
1. Once I kicked Steph to the curb I don't want to see her again, dream or otherwise. I've experienced something similar and I would not tolerate her coming back.
2. Why was I sleeping on the couch again (without being asked to sleep in the bed) when the girls had sort of decided that?
3. The Lexi 'path' feels a little strange/forced after just a short encounter at the bar.
