i think theres somthing wrong with the power deperation quest it just turns into a blury screan fo me after bell runs away to the dongen
The script looks fine to me, I'll need your save file to investigate the issue further.
I am confused, how can I replicate the issue?
I press "No, thank you" then there's motion blur effect to simulate Bell running away from the Tavern (not the Dungeon?) and after the scene is over, the motion blur is gone as intended. I trigger the objective display and enter both the Blue Pharmacy/Dungeon and the blur doesn't persist.
Everything looks fine to me, unless I am missing something.
So I need to load slot 6 (Latest save), press "No, thank you", then go to the Dungeon and finish the quest to trigger the issue?
I also play on full screen, it might be an issue with your PC, as it seems to work for me:
Loaded slot 6, pressed "no, thank you", and after the cutscene I went to the Dungeon and it loaded what I am seeing on the screen above. No blur at all on my end.

First I'd need your computer specs, the GPU used by the name is shown in the settings.
If any error happens, you need to enter the Dungeon, close the game when the error happens, then go on Saves folder and go 2 directories back to reach AppData/LocalLow/Winterfire/Legacy of Hestia, "Player.log" contains the error, if any.
In the settings of the game you can also change graphics quality, it's always set on Ultra by default, but if you have a low end machine you might want to change the settings.
