Implying anatomy doesn't matter when it's a "cartoon fox"? So if Krystal suddenly grew another arm and three legs it would be okay with you? No, of course not. Because anatomy does matter. But that's not what the current discussion is about, so what's the point of your comment?Is this still about crying over a cartoon fox's anatomy?

There's been several 'Krystal' games where you could change the character or even select an entirely different one. It's simply plainer to call this a Legend of Krystal project. So long as Krystal is playable as a main character, the Krystal name is fine.
That's true, but this title was a "rebirth" clearly dedicated to Krystal. I'm sure the customization will be great and very diverse, but if you're not going to continue with the character, kill LOK and create a "Legend of Furry Custom Rebith". You can't have Krystal on the cover of Patreon as a claim and say you're going to that going to remove it.
chopolander As far as I know the main character of the game is still Krystal, even in the remake. It's just that she looks different from what we have in this old version and that you'll have the option to change the way she looks and change her name. I really think you're making a mountain out of a molehill.

Well that wasn't detailed by MightyAltroll, he said further back that it wouldn't be Krystal to avoid problems with the big N. But that's good to hear.

If Krystal is a template in the new product, the default in fact. I cannot comprehend why Krystal couldn't, or shouldn't, be in the game's title. It's comparable to saying, because you don't play Zelda in, 'The Legend of Zelda', the game should; instead should be titled 'The Legend of Link.'

I really don't see what your problem is. Either play as Krystal or don't?
MightyAltroll, the story of the game and the main character will be dedicated to Krystal's adventures, or it will be a "create your furry and call him what you want" game with a generic story?

You do realize that this game is based off of the original LoK, which had very little to do with Krystal other than a character that resembled her and shared her name, right? This is a unique story that has nothing to do with Nintendo. If you can't handle that, then I'm not sure why you're complaining so much, because it seems like you should be lobbying for a Nintendo licensed Starfox porn game.
Hey. I have been with LoK since the times back on legend of krystal forums where gorepete and others would make all those random little flash games and then you guys finally announced this. It has been everything I had hoped it would be but I can easily see how the previous system would be troublesome / hindering to the overall gameplay. It definitely felt a little clunky, though entirely reminiscent of the old style. However! I really do look forward to what you guys can do. Take the time you need to do it and do it right. Nothing worse or more detrimental than rushing out a half assed product. Even AAA games are suffering from this these days. Just look at cyberpunk. So just take your time, try not to get stressed by rude people, understand that there will always be negativity and people with nothing better to do than just hope for everyone to fail so they can get some sick pleasure from it due to lacks in whatever they're experiencing in life.
I have faith in you guys. Just do your best and that's all that you can do.
