That doesn't mean you cannot scroll. It's probably something like swiping with two fingers or something. But that will also depend on the laptop and drivers. You could also just buy a cheap mouse for a few bucks, but that's up to you. Mapping some other keys to emulate the scroll wheel with software is another option.

You can always use binoculars or a magnifying glass, i'm currently using a 8x rifle scope
Doesn't the computer have a built in magnifier program you could use instead?

do what ever this patreon bull shit says because that is your only source of income if thats mess up i dont know what other options you have and show you progress and get suggetion from patreons on your lok forum and keep you patreon page clean so they wont mess with you for any bullshit reasons and stay good

Currently there is only 3 main NPC's |Cenvir|Eri|Pot Guy? that you can have Lewd interactions with unless you wanna count the almost rape scene at the waterfall,But remember this game is still in very very early Development and Has a small Dev team. Also here is a few spoiler update's 0.4.x should be coming out in the next few days or next week as long as everything goes accordingly with the dev team.

Edit: 7/5/2018 The Dev Team is expanding to hire a full time smut writer and seeing as the only hold up is Dialogues for the new scenes (Plus sounds? and a few bug fixes here and there) I'm pretty sure we can expect 0.4.x in the next 3 days to 2 weeks max,Also seeing as the current game Devs are working on the game alot more then a normal dev would hiring a full time writer would mean the updates could come out faster check out the patreon for more info ^.^.
