I think you need to progress the Cenvir route till the part where you can show him your panties, should be possible after that.
Actually i had progressed way past that almost at the end of cenvir route but i didn't talk to keankrix that's why it wouldn't trigger

With 500 lust its not posible to ripe the suit the text is red! Maybe next update. You can change the Save file and ripe the Suit value -1(suit is unriped)/0/1/2/3/4. But there are no more text options when your naked.
