You have to go to the Waterfall and have your clothes stolen for a second time.
When you get then back this time they will be (Stage 2)ripped.

You can skip all the introductions and skip to day 1 and cheat all your stats to max you know. Problem is with more variables being added it renders previous saves unusable since the new variables don't register anymore.

was rather disappointed myself when i saw the changelog. this update doesnt seem to have any new good content. such a shame cause i got rather excited when i saw there was a new update.we'll just have to wait for the next one i guess

It could be just the one time but it didn't trigger for me since i haven't ripped the suit the first time the clothes were stolen.
