Are you all talking to Nesi every night? As I recall, ripping the suit was part of a conversation with her. Not sure if any other conversations are needed to trigger it, but I feel like there may have been others that mentioned her clothes (i.e., asked if she was hot or something). Might want to just make a trip around the map talking to everyone and then try it again.

Yup, the red one. But you have to keep talking with Nesi until she mentions you should rip your clothes. From then on, interacting with her gives the option "rip clothes" or something. With high enough Lust points, you can do it. For me, 250 was enough, but maybe it was a bug

I think you have to keep chatting with her until you get the option of ripping off your clothes. I unlocked it at 250, I don't know

yeah the conversation happened and i even the clothes option as a talk option but i still can't do it. I'll try talking to everyone on the map.
