that is a yes and no. Gabe adds to the "current version" every time she does add some things. there is a wiki page for origins but it hasn't been updated since Oct. of 2018.

perhaps it will get placed when Gabe fills out that chapel area on the 3rd floor

that slave collar item is likely involved with Laquadia at some point or is post game related

no, nothing at all. chapter 3 is just an inclusion for everything from the end of chapter 2 to now in one download for those that like to play chapter to chapter instead of like the rest of us that play with every little update to the game.

umm help guys??
all queen opala game crash instantly when opened.
other rpg maker game works normal but only this kind game crash instantly.
sangeki of gear too.. but weirdly rhode's fortress didn crash (the only game with orange flower icon rpg game didn crash)
