I take it that you get your info from playing the game.
I have a file that you could use to update your monster list.
It's the stats for each of the monsters.

I have a program where I have highlighted everything of interest on it, at least for all the maps I have.
It's my version of a walkthrough.
As for the trading cards, I think so.
(At least, for the maps I have.)
I'm using RPGM maker to copy out the maps for my program, so I don't have anything past Uncle Dad's farm.
