The last couple you listed are post game fish. Go to the beach map and head down to the bell to trigger the subquest. There will be a fishing spot at the bottom of that for 3 different fishes as well as a boss when you finish the whole thing.

On the beach by the bell, theres the jack sparrow npc, that starts the quest that lets you catch them

As a side note, for people who were confused about how to get the extra scenes for the coelacanth, you have to catch both it and the squid, then new doors will open in the magic lantern that allow you to try and recatch them.

i think its post game thing. there's a scene with the aunt when enter the inn where she'll ask you to look for her.

you'll find her south of the 3rd map close to the entrance to the 4th map (the area where you have a small boat).
