I would not put this one, because the dev himself said that it is not a lesbian game but a transformation game "with a lot of lesbian content".
It's that type of game that if you don't accept certain situations, like changing gender or turning a futa, you lose a lot of the game's content, so I wouldn't say it's something for those who enjoy lesbian games

Games "non-pure lesbian but with a lot of content" can be found using the lesbian tag, which is not very good.
I think the business here is more "pure-lesbian" games: "lesbian run means you can go from start to finish without touching a dick "

I see a lot of games where a straight woman can be "convinced" to try some girl on girl stuff but it seems a lot less common to find content where lesbians can be convinced to try dick. Is that just not a thing? Is there a tag for it that I just don't know about?

This "lesbian" tag from here on the forum is, according to one of the moderators, to indicate games that have a scene, in the earlys moments of the game, with two girls together in some sexual situation.
So, even if the game is clearly about a male protagonist but there is some scene where two girls appear together, even if it is not the focus of the game, he gets the tag.
Apparently this policy only applies to the lesbian tag, because I've seen gay themed games that appear with female characters with big tits and the game doesn't have the "big tits" tag

Don't think so. Game have Courage system that doesn't allow you to get some scenes (almost all of them) with women without having sex with men

Several of these supposed "lesbian games" are like that! If you do not have sex with guys, the game does not progress or simply does not have content for more than 10 minutes of gameplay.

Love, Friends & Sex is an example. You can choose between a boy, Mike, and a girl named Bree. But, there is nothing to play with Bree so far, although the game is in version 2 point something
