the scene is bugged , currently you can't unlock it. The devs are already aware of the problem and they are trying to fix it
For Vittoria to unbind you have to use Delusion and then you should be asked if you want to bite her assuming you already have the vial.
For Angelique you have to know the process on how to become nosferatu first then you can invite her back to your place, so you need to learn that process by reading someones mind who knows. How much have you hung out with Anita?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could answer me, in Serbian Casino, how do I trigger the ending 8B, I got 8A, but I don't know how to trigger the B one, I guess it has something to do with finding out about Christian's cheating before the ending? Also, I tried to trigger the ending 9, but I can't seem to have Bogdan tell me about Christian cheating, does anyone know what I need to do to make it happen?

That was what I was missing. I didn't ask Anita about the vial. Once I did, Angelique opened up. thanks mate

Hey Megalol, I got a problem here. Not sure if it's because of the patch, but after installing this patch, I started to lose ALL my progress (all save slots turned empty, gallery fully reverted to locked status) every time I reopen the game or refresh the game page (using Chrome). It's the first time this happened to me for all LOP games. Any idea how this could have happened?

I'm playing on Firefox so I can only advice to try to use it instead Chrome since I have no problems u mentioned with patch.

Okay I can confirm this is not because of the patch. I redownloaded from your original link and the problem persists.
I tried using Firefox and the problem was no more, BUT it brought a new problem: for some reason the game seems to perform really bad and extremely laggy on my Firefox. The music is shattered and the transitions are visibly much slower with much lower FPS. Yet the game ran perfectly smooth on Chrome. Very weird.

You have to see her come home in the afternoon with shopping bags, there is options to ask for her to try on the items right there, then she suggests you visit her room.
You have to become nosferatu, unbind from Vitorria, and ensure Anita hunts and kills Angelique's father. It would also help to get Love relations with Anita/Christina to tell them about being vampire and also about the final night plans. Anita will tell you hose to use the power of the vial. Then on final night you should be able to choose Angelique to help with vial. Also, there is a scene on final night with Angelique which is 13 in the gallery. 45 in the gallery is the extended ending of those choices.

herkalurk ; thanks I found out now, you have to cast false memories on Anita (love) and she will ask you to get her the key, after a few days Angelique comes and tells that her father is dead,

Actually, I just experienced the same problem with disappearing saves (plus the slowness), and I am using Firefox, so it seems it may not just be a problem of Firefox vs no Firefox, but also of Firefox version. No for the saves, I suspect it may be that the setting for Firefox are to delete cached content when leaving, if the saves are registered in that way, that may be the reason why they disappeared
