The renpy save folder name for LiL is Test2-1577602671

Do you see that folder? For contextualization, it's the same name as the folder I just uploaded

(Don't ask me why the folder's named that way, only God Selebus knows):p
i guess i wasnt paying attention and missed the name...thanks tho its a weird name and more weird is i have other folders named test there as well ..learn something new everyday haha cheers bro

Personally, I have thought to myself several times why Selebus hasn't added an options switch in that does take out the H-Scenes if players so wish.

He himself doesn't want it to be seen as an Eroge, understandably, and I wish this masterpiece could be enjoyed by a broader audience without the negative connotations usually associated with H-Games.

A switch would work perfectly. The sex scenes sure do give some gravity to the situations hard to emulate by other plot devices so I do kinda agree with SecretUser95 that they shouldn't be left out completely, but they should be seriously gimped as an option.

That would probably only increase the average acceptance of this game and while most here really wouldn't miss the H-Scenes at all, keeping them as an option for those that do seems like a good compromise.

Only issue would be the extra effort needed to implement it well (cause you can't just not include them and can it a day, a lot of the scenes would need alternatives that imply the H-Scenes and the intimacy without actually showing it, that would require extra work, probs not too little...)
Nah, too late for that, and there bound to be some lore moments in those scenes. If you dont want any porn dont play 18+ game to begin with. Its not like they are in the way anyway, you can just skip everything.
Unless you really want to reccomend this game to your parents, wife or kids, then my condolenses.
And again, without H many would have probably never even noticed this game. There are tons of awesome non-h novels out there but not many played them. Maybe some widely accepted like Steins;gate and Higurashi but...Yeah. Sex is part of our life, without it we will feel miserable as it is one of the bare basics, but in current world many can't even get ahold of it for many different reasons. Why not appease such audience? For better or worse people of that category actually the ones who play novels in the first place.

Way to take stuff out of context ^^

As I said, purpose is not to remove the H-Scenes but to add the option (as in: you can choose =P) to hide them for the majority (as it seems) of players who skip past them regardless while at the same time preserving the situation and making it less of a cliche.

I stated myself the the H-Scenes add to the gravity of the situation so I kinda feel you haven't actually read my post but just saw the first line and responded without reading why further... Oh well ^^

For an option I said "Nah, too late for that" since its really not worth it and all that you dont want to can be skipped, and other is because of "acceptance" and "dont want it to be an eroge" but yeah, I elaborated a bit too much I guess. I meant to say that its either a popular "eroge" or a really niche non-h novel that not many even notice until certain point years later or with reviews of popular bloggers or youtubers (like DDLC). Eroge can (can, not will) bring money and people pretty fast afterall. H in this game is more of an ad or a "welcome" sign. You will see H but stay for story.

So Android decided to update to Android 11 and deleted all of my Joi Player save data for every game I've played in the process. Just amazing. If someone has some old saves lying around for the Windows version of the game, I'd be very thankful.
I recommend you to download this things from the playstore, so you can access files in Android-data folder.

I haven't seen any discussion about it (or maybe I missed it) but, does anyone have any clue as to why in that children's song in the latest happy event the word for letter T is censored?

All my saves are from one playthrough, so 16-1- save file is my "best" and the newest one. I just save every time I'm faced with a decision/need to name something so that if I make a mistake, I can come back to it :)

Also, though there's no pregnancy in the game, you can fuck

I just started playing this game, the characters arc are very good, and the art are very beautiful. As of this moment, I have now gone through two "happy" events and the constant, very disturbing lines in and between , and this really touched my nerve. The whole game is starting to feel claustrophobic and suffocating? I cant even get hard in some instances, as I have no idea am i going to fap through a sex scene that have some flashy "happy" elements embedded in it. I cant help but think the plot is heading to a looming disaster. So my question is , will these "happy" element get more intense? Are they actually the theme and tone of the game(i.e. this game is not a sex game)? If so, i dont want to continue this game. The paranonia is not for me, I just want to fap after a day of work.

My guess is because of an earlier Happy scene that involved that letter in a rather dark Happy way.

... there is so much plot in the porn for this game though, and I am not making a meme joke.
ami calls sensei daddy for the first time
the dynamic between kirin and ayane would be meaningless without it as we would have no context.
80% of the happy events center around nudity and sensei screwing numbers girl or a deranged ami

I'm going to respectfully disagree with your last point here — not that folks aren't being pulled in by the promise of sexy times with pretty girls. It's just that, as I implied above, I think the game is purposefully turning that hunger on its head.

What interests me about the way Selebus approaches the H-scenes in this game is that, with a few exceptions, they're not sexy. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that most of them are awkward as hell, and I'm pretty comfortable saying that that awkwardness is intentional. Think about Kirin's first time, or Chika's. Or drunk Mokoto's. Think of the demolition of the threesome fantasy that Kirin inflicts on us, not once but twice. Think about scenes like Sensei fingering Miku or Noriko's push-me-pull-you attempts at seduction. Think about Maya weeping, offering to blow Sensei so long as he doesn't check out. Or Haruka, who's just sad. Think of how many sex and/or love scenes are interrupted by bursts of HOPE-induced static or wires or whatever. Most of the sex scenes here seem to be emphasizing the women's physical and emotional discomfort and Sensei's detached insanity. I don't think that's about "sex sells," though it surely does. I think it's an essential part of the story Selebus seems to be trying to tell. Does that make sense?

If that's all you are looking for then this game is definitely not for you. There are many more happy scenes to go and they also bleed into all parts of the story. As others above me have said this game uses the sex scenes to tell crucial parts of this story. I believe I have even seen Selebus refer to it as a psychological horror game with porn elements, not a porn game. Some popular games that sound more like what you are looking for would be WVM, Being a DIK, or My New Family. If you ever decide you want a really good story to sink your time into then I would implore you to come back to LiL and give it another go.

I'll second all of those — they sound much more like what iamapersonwhich is looking for.

Hey. Random question, since I finally have the time and space to finish 17: Has anyone decoded the Angels' conversation in The Scary Room? It looks as if it's a straight letter-substitution code, but I'm crap at that sort of thing.

Also... holy fuck, what did Maya see? Who did she see? And who what the fuck put that AV-presentation-from-Maya's-personal-hell together? Also... The countdown? The farewell to Sensei? Broke my f-ing heart.

Also. Tsuneyo's "Will you look at the time" literally made me LOL. :)

It is a Caesar cipher, shift 7. I use this to make it easier, it should be set to -7 A > T if you use it. Also yes Maya is the best and it hurt to watch that.

Angels use a ROT7 cipher.
